Balloon Brothers is a Upside down Tetris-like game (like REV Mode in Tetris The Grand Master), created in 1992 by East Technology.
Gameplay
Color Changes when piece rotates. Red => Blue => Green => Red
There's a Hard variant of balloons, which happens on certain level up: Red => Orange, Green => Yellow-Green, Blue => Purple
Clearing 1 line with same color will clear above rows that are same color.

Unlike Tetris The Grand Master and Tetris The Absolute The Grand Master 2 and Tetris The Grand Master 3 Terror-Instinct, Clearing Hard Balloons will turn to normal balloons, but it will pull up blocks below when normal balloons disappear.

Rotation system
Due to upload concerns, Rotation state can't be explained fully.
It can be only rotated counterclockwise. unlike Tetris (Sega), there's only 1 button to rotate, which is a great disadvantage as you can't rotate clockwise quickly.
It did not implement wall kicks or hard drop.
