Should merge the two TGM 4 pages

Although the soon-to-be-released game has different subtitle, and will be a PC release via Steam instead of the arcade, it's obvious that they are the same game by even a cursory glance of the graphics and modes present. We don't need two articles potentially confusing unfamiliar readers. A single article covering the history of the development of the game and its long delayed release is all that's needed.
