Ports

As I mentioned over at Talk:Tetris (Mirrorsoft), I think this article needs expanding to include material on the Spectrum HoloByte Amiga, Apple II, Atari ST, and Mac versions, which were all essentially graphically enhanced versions of their DOS release, and distinct from the MirrorSoft versions where they both had versions on a platform.
