With no T in sight, save the TSD setup for later and use an overhang to get the T down in the hole, leaving a Super TSD setup behind.
TSS-TST-TSD
You might try replacing the TSD with a TSS, leaving a TST-TSD setup behind. Sending a small amount of garbage at first may tempt the other player to overstack, leaving them vulnerable to a large attack.

You can use a T, and slide it under the over hang and rotate;
That will make a TSD, and make a slot for another.
Effectively making a TSD B2B and allowing you to continue the B2B chain with a Tetris.
