Lines: Number of lines cleared.
L: Line exponent. 2.0 + floor(Level / 100) * 0.2, 4.0 for the credit roll.
S: Section exponent
- For levels < 500: floor(level / 100)
- Levels 500-999: floor((level-500)/100) * 2 - 5
- Credit roll (invisible): 13 + floor((0.1*singles)+(0.2*doubles)+(0.5*triples)+(1.0*tetrises))
- Credit roll (disappearing): 13
