I'm a major Tetris fan, as well as a player of Damian Yerrick's EXCELLENT "Lockjaw" Tetris-styled tetromino! Here are a few skins and goodies that I've created for the Lockjaw game:

Anyhow, my all-time favorite version of Tetris is Spectrum Holobyte's "Tetris Classic" for PC (DOS). Developed by Sphere and released in 1992, this was the first version of Tetris that I had ever played (and I still play it, even today... long live DOS!).
