Prophecy T-Spin Double involves setting up a T-Spin Double overhang in advance and then subsequently creating the T-Spin Double base through various methods. This technique, first developed by Tetris DS player TCM-WC, combines both the principles of T-Spin Double overhangs and T-Spin Double bases in a practical application.

T-Spin Double |
The basic skimming method requires the player to first create an overhang near an open column facing a wall. The player would then skim, using different tetrominoes for different situations, in order to adjust the height of the base for the T-Spin Double.
