Arcade Classics Tetris is a standalone handheld mini arcade cabinet game from the series Arcade Classics by Basic Fun!.
Gameplay
The only mode available is 150 line marathon.
Arcade Classics Tetris uses step reset instead of the now standard move reset. It uses the Random Generator. DAS is extremely short or not present, and ARR is around 1/2G.
The player can choose to start from level 1-15. Levels increase every 10 lines cleared, and do not progress past level 15. If the player starts at a level other than 1, the level only increases after StartLevel * 10, afterwards it increases as normal. Another option available before starting a game is the height. The player can choose to start from 0-15 height of garbage rows.
Direction inputs are ignored during line clear delay. Holding a direction during the delay wont register once the delay is completed, the player must re input the direction. It is possible however to hold a direction before a line clear, and once the delay is completed the input is registered correctly.
Scoring
Scoring is identical to basic guideline scoring.
A single high score is saved, displayed when a game ends, alternating with the attained score.
Perfect clears are awarded a bonus in addition to the regular line clear points.

Rotation system
All pieces have SRS base rotations, but spawn one cell to the right, including the I-piece and O-piece. Pieces spawn on the 22nd and 21st row, but immediately drop one row. Pieces don't kick. T-Spins are detected, although because there are no kicks, only T-Spin singles and doubles are possible.
Bugs
Pause field delete
Pausing the game deletes rows 13-22 and the first two cells of row 12. Abusing this bug allows the player to play forever as long as they don't clear 150 lines.
Landed hard drop
After a piece has landed, either by gravity or soft drop, if the piece is hard dropped the game erroneously awards the player 100 to 1000 extra points. This also causes the remaining lock delay time to run out before the next piece appears, instead of immediately spawning the next piece. The amount of points seems to be based on how fast the player hard drops once the piece has landed.
To abuse this bug, the optimal strategy would be soft drop the piece to the bottom, then as quickly as possible press hard drop. Done well this can easily award the player an extra 800 points per piece.
