Hi, I recommend pushing progressive updates. If you just replace the entire article with one edit, it might not get accepted by the authors and other maintainers. If you have specific concerns with how the article is written, you should note them here.

For example, you mentioned that it was hard to dig through, and too much fluff. You could start by removing or rewriting the fluff progressively.
