Talk:Tetris (ZX Spectrum, Andic Software)

My gut instinct is telling me Pazhitnov's name is only included as a token of respect, and that this is not in any way an authentic game. Are we opening the floodgates to every Tetris clone ever? Because... Like whoa I bet there's over ten thousand. --Colour Thief 20:35, 15 November 2006 (EST)
- This is a copy paste of what a passer-by posted somewhere else on this wiki. I thought it would be more useful here. If it doesn't meet what we defined as "official," then I say we move it to the fan game section, or perhaps something else. I don't know. Seems wrong to delete it, though. - I'm pretty sure the article links to the wrong version, though. [1] is a more official one, I think - there's several Spectrum Tetris games all just called Tetris, confusingly enough, but this was the main one which got a full price release and reviews in all the significant mags. Of course, as has been noted, "official" is a phenomenally dodgy beast when it comes to Tetris licensing and games - Mirrorsoft, who made this one, certainly tried to get the license for the home 8-bits, but I couldn't say whether or not they got it... (For the record, I always found this one to be astonishingly biased towards producing S-pieces.) 79.67.31.182 14:54, 26 September 2007 (EDT)
